Answers before you get stuck

The essentials about measurements, your data, and billing. The English interface never expands the engine’s validated language coverage.

Measurements and language

What does Kaneme measure?

Kaneme compares observable writing patterns with a personal human reference. A result is a calibrated indicator, never legal proof of authorship.

Can I request an English authorship verdict?

Not yet. The interface is available in English, but production authorship verdicts remain calibrated for French only. English text is never translated silently to obtain a verdict.

Does changing the interface language alter my writing?

No. Interface language, text language, voice references, engine eligibility, and billing currency are separate settings.

Voice and privacy

What should I add as a voice reference?

Use text you genuinely wrote. AI-generated text must not become a human reference, because it would contaminate later measurements.

Are my texts used to train a shared model?

No. Your texts are processed to provide your own service and are not added to a shared training corpus for other customers.

Can I export or delete my data?

Yes. Account settings provide an export and account-deletion controls. Deletion is irreversible once confirmed.

Credits and billing

What is a credit?

Credits pay for operations that consume model or measurement resources. The product shows the cost before a paid action whenever confirmation is required.

Do purchased credits expire?

No. A credit pack is a one-time purchase and does not unlock subscription-only features.

How do I cancel?

Open Subscription & credits in account settings. During a trial, cancel before the stated first-charge date to avoid being billed.
